A written request for the
registration fee must be made within sixty days of making the payment.

Course title and number
Date and type of payment
Reason for refund request

by Tectonic Corporation within sixty (60) days of purchase.

The CE Program Director will evaluate the
merits of the request, and if deemed appropriate, will refund the original amount minus a $12.00 processing fee.

Refunds will not be approved if they are received more than sixty (60) days after receipt of payment.

Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the request.

Any request received more than sixty (60) days after the receipt
of payment, will be treated as a complaint.

As a provider of online educational services, Tectonic Corporation electronically collects certain student
information as required by certifying authorities, accrediting bodies, licensing boards or governmental agencies. Tectonic
Corporation stores this information on its servers and makes the information available as required by these bodies. In the
online medium, detailed affirmation of a users' identity and their actions while using Tectonic Corporation products is
necessary to verify the legitimacy of course participants.
Information gathered during registration, such as e-mail address, license information, and zip code, may be used to
create personalized content. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the user for services,
and is then discarded/deleted.
Tectonic Corporation consistently maintains
the integrity of its customer/student database so that no law is knowingly broken. Tectonic Corporation handles personal
information of our users so that we will know who each user is, have proof of that user's identity, maintain a record of
what courses the user has completed, know how to contact that user, and occasionally verify how the user is using the
